About Us

Computer & Network Specialists, Inc. provides quality technical support and service to the Chicago Metropolitan area and Northwest Indiana.

Each member of our consulting, technical, and project management staff has a deep background and extensive knowledge of system and networking technologies. With rapid changes in technology, one person can't be an expert in all areas. Computer & Network Specialists has developed a team of “specialists.” Our specialists have a clear vision of the direction of their specific technology. They are aware of product options, emerging technology, and the expertise needed to support them. They know what best suits your immediate and long-term needs. You can depend on them.

Custom Servers and Workstations

Computer and Network Specialists offers custom builds servers and workstations. We'll conduct a free evaluation of your current network environment and provide you with a quote that fills your current situation and addresses future needs. We also provide free support (hardware) on-site for one year.

 

Emergency Requests

If you're a client that has purchased a maintenance contract or a block of service hours and you have an emergency, we drop what we're doing and you become our first priority.  We try to be there for all of our clients as soon as that emergency occurs, as we know downtime is costly.

We are open from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. However, if you need us after hours or on a weekend to accommodate reduced work interruption, not a problem, and no increase in our rates!
